Saint Martin, a Caribbean jewel where French finesse meets tropical allure, unfolds with a symphony of turquoise waters and vibrant culture.
This dual-nation island captivates with its harmonious blend of French and Dutch influences, evident in the colorful streets of Marigot and the bustling markets of Philipsburg. Each sun-kissed beach, from Orient Bay to Maho, offers a unique paradise for every traveler.
Saint Martin, where the scent of bougainvillea mingles with the sea breeze, invites exploration of its diverse landscapes, culinary delights, and a spirited atmosphere that resonates with the echoes of two distinct yet harmonious worlds.
Saint Martin is served by Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), which is located on the Dutch side of the island. This airport is the primary gateway for travelers arriving by air and handles both domestic and international flights. The airport is situated near Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side of Saint Martin.
While there are no additional airfields or regional airports on the French side of Saint Martin, visitors can easily access the island by flying into Princess Juliana International Airport and then traveling to the French side, which is approximately 10 kilometers from the airport.
Saint Martin enjoys a tropical maritime climate with warm temperatures year-round. The island experiences a dry season from December to April and a wet season from May to November.
