The on-demand air charter sector, while primarily associated with passenger transportation services, is also involved in cargo move- ments. Most of the aircraft used in the U.S. on-demand cargo fleet were originally delivered as utility aircraft, operating in passenger, freight, or combination passenger- freight roles.
