Swixjet Travel is a division of Swixjet Aviation Ltd., specialising in tailor-made travel. Our specialist consultants design high quality, original and personalised trips to all destinations, adapted and adaptable to our clients’ needs. Exclusive, quality and excellence of service are our watchwords; a state of mind shared at all levels and in all functions of the company.
Swixjet Travel brings together a wide range of professions – aviation, accommodation, legal, IT, web, customer relations – all of which are key factors in our development and reflect our spirit of service and pursuit of excellence. Working in direct support of our sales teams, they contribute to the company’s consistency with our clients.
Our Travel Consultants are true specialists in the destinations for which they design and sell tailor-made trips. Having lived or traveled in the country(ies) in question, they know the culture, the tourist attractions but also the specificities and those “little extras” that make all the difference.
They are men and women of communication: they know how to share their passion, they know how to identify their customers’ expectations to create unique, original and unforgettable trips.
Coming from different geographical and professional backgrounds, these men and women have been born, lived or travelled in the country(ies) they represent and know the “pluses” that make all the difference. Travel designers with passionate personalities and common qualities of listening, sharing and organising. They follow their clients’ projects from the initial quotation to the final design, with a highly developed sense of personalised service.
The Quality Manager assists the Travel Consultant in the follow-up of each trip, from its preparation to the delivery of the travel documents.
His or her role is to secure reservations, ensure the accuracy of the information provided to our travellers and the quality of the itineraries.

Dedicated Account Manager
Every Swixjet customer has a dedicated Account Manager whose primary responsibility is to do everything possible to ensure that the customer’s flight is a perfect success, from departure to arrival and beyond. This includes everything from the choice of chauffeur-driven vehicle to the in-flight menu, last-minute flight changes or requests for special services.
Your Account Manager and his team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you at every stage of your journey.
