Charter Flight

FLIGHT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Ref. 2501)

FLIGHT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Ref. 2501)

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Flight Operations (50%)

First point of contact for the Sales Team for operational queries;

Liaise with Aircraft Operators regarding operational issues;

Maintain an overview of all flights as well as any special restrictions or operational issues;

Maintain an overview of the daily weather situation and prepare a daily weather report;

Perform detailed feasibility check for all new flight bookings;

Assist with any other operational tasks as required.

 

Charter sales (50%)

Build a client database, through prospection and incoming requests;

Accompany clients throughout their private jet flight booking process, from a reservation inquiry up to the flight itself;

This includes several contacts with the clients, sourcing aircraft and negotiations with our providers, arranging requests for the flight and keeping the client updated on every aspect.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

At least 3 years experience in the Business Aviation environment in one of the following roles: Flight Dispatch / Operations control / Airliner or Commercial Pilot;

Ability to read TAF/METAR and NOTAM;

Fluent English, both written and spoken;

Capacity to easily develop inter-cultural relationships;

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

ATPL / CPL Pilot License;
